Return

If you wish to return your order, write an email within 14 days of the arrival of your order to shop@zeimzy.com stating your order number, the product you wish to return and the date you received your order (sample email below).

Within two working days you will receive an email with the address to which you can return your order. The customer assumes the costs of the return. After arrival and inspection of your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price including any shipping costs paid.
